David Bez says: “The reason why, 6 years ago, I started making salads at my desk in the office was the lack of places where  I could eat with no worries about the ingredients and the pleasure of a tasty meal. I’ve been dreaming of a cafe that reflects the ideas and the philosophy of natural, simple and good looking food, that has a big impact on your health and well being and it's also fair, sustainable and local. I decided to give up my 15 years old career in graphic design and I decided to create my dream cafe. I have found an incredible place inside Neal's Yard, Seven Dials, Covent Garden in London. The heritage of this little yard about conscious and ethical living is perfect match for me.”

I helped David Bez through Kickstarter realise his dream of starting a café. His food really shines for those interested in raw, vegan, vegetables and delight in the colour, texture, flavour of salads in their myriad forms.

Bez also hosts supper clubs often with a guest Chef as well as himself. If you are near Covent Garden or interested in this type of food. Then check it out!
